Blue Sites Telco, based in Lisbon, focuses on the strategic acquisition and management of telecommunication cell lease contracts. We began our operations in 2017 and have since grown rapidly to become, today, the largest investor in cell lease contracts throughout Portugal.
Blue Sites Telco is a Portuguese investment vehicle belonging to Everest Infrastructure Partners, a global leader in communications infrastructure assets that owns and markets more than 2,500 communications tower sites in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Portugal.
Our business model revolves around the development of partnerships with owners and property managers that own cell site lease contracts with the telecommunication providers. We provide them with the immediate receipt of several years of income associated with the lease, in exchange for the future rental payments associated with the tower or antenna.
In addition, we seek, whenever possible, to work towards improving the management of the lease with the telecommunications operator, adding value to both the owners and operators.

CEO
Ricardo Lourenço is CEO of Blue Sites Telco, partner at Beresford Capital Advisors and formerly Associate Partner at Bluemint Capital. Prior to joining Blue Sites Telco, Ricardo was Partner at Wave Securities LLP, a London based brokerage and advisory firm specialized in illiquid assets. Before this, he was a Board member and Chief Investment officer at Patris Gestão de Activos, one of the largest independent asset managers in Portugal.
Lília Lapa
Operations Management
Lília counts on more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Administrative Secretary. Before joining Blue Sites Telco, she worked 8 years as a Leases Accounting co-responsible for managing the entire rents area (infrastructures, antennas, stores, ware stores, optical fibers, etc) for Vodafone. Lília holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Administration – Taxation Branch, by ISCAL.
