The Initial Contact

Analysis of the Leasing Agreement
At this stage, our team will evaluate your current contract with the carrier to provide you with the best possible offer. The focus of our analysis will be primarily on the rents the owner receives; However, we also evaluate several economic, geographic, legal, and risk factors associated with the contract. Our ability to accurately assess the value of your contract allows us to provide you with an offer that is more satisfactory for all parties involved.

Negotiation and Diligence

Payment
Blue Sites Telco will be responsible for handling the registration process as well as assuming all costs involved in the transaction. This allows you to receive payment immediately after the transaction is finalized.
