Avoid the risk of cancellation
The leasing contracts of telecommunications towers and antennas gives the operator the power to terminate the lease abruptly, and to stop operating a site for a short period of time. The owner of the contract is completely exposed the operator’s strategy.
Other major risks are the changes and innovations in the telecommunications sector, such as the investments in 5G, which will reduce the dependence of operators on the towers, and can thus result in the alteration of the conditions of the contract without prior notice, or even result in the uninstallation of the equipment.
