What do I gain by giving the lease contract to Blue Sites Telco?

Blue Sites Telco invests directly in your contract, this sum will be paid to you as soon as the agreement has been concluded, and the Blue Sites Telco becomes responsible for all negotiation with the telecommunications operators and the risks inherent in the contract. The current contract holder thus receives a guaranteed monetary amount in exchange for an unsafe monthly income, as rents can be reduced or contracts terminated by operators. The value that the owner receives at the conclusion of the transaction can be allocated, at their discretion, in whatever way they see fit, allowing for safer investments, other financial applications, or even general expenditures.

Who can make a deal with Blue Sites Telco?

All current lease holders with telecommunications operators, namely companies, associations, condominiums or individual owners, provided that the contract is in force and is approved by our department of compliance.

Do I have to be authorized by the operator?

The advance of leases and their contract management is provided for in the law and does not require prior authorisation from the operators. It is a model tested in various regions of Europe as well as globally, not only in the area of telecommunications, so operators are well acquainted with this model.

Can the operator terminate the contract? What happens to me if there is a reduction in rents or termination?

The operator may terminate the contract if it complies with the pre-defined notices that are generally less than 6 months. However, by accepting that the management of your contract is done by Blue Sites Telco, the risks of renegotiation or termination cease to be yours and become the responsibility of Blue Sites Telco.

But if Blue Sites Telco invests, it’s because it believes that the contracts will be upheld... Why should I dispense of mine?

Blue Sites Telco believes that this business model only makes sense in scale, that is, to obtain a portfolio containing a large number of contracts. This will not only diversify the risks inherent to eventual cancellations or rescissions in some locations but also have a positive synergic effect in terms of contract management with the operators. Our investment focus is not limited to the Portuguese territory and we will seek to expand our portfolio internationally.

Do I lose decision power over my property? Can I still sell the property?

The focus of the business is the management of contracts. The current owner may, therefore, sell his property to third parties without being affected by the transfer of the lease contract to Blue Sites Telco.

What is the deadline for receiving the value in advance by the transfer in contract management?

The deadline we estimate for the closing of the agreement is less than 30 days and depends solely on the speed with which the documents needed from the legal standpoint are delivered to us.
